When do we open?
Mon-Sat 8am, Sunday 9am

When do we close?
- During the winter (Daylight savings time) Mon-Sat 6pm, Sunday 5pm
- During the summer (Daylight standard time) Mon-Sat 7pm, Sunday 5pm

Where are your locations?
We have two locations, Ocoee Sweetwater Car Wash and Apopka Sweetwater Car Wash and Express Oil Change.

Is Sweetwater car wash safe for my car?
We only use soft cloth materials that will not cause scratches or swirls. Sweetwater car wash only uses chemicals and processes that are safe for your vehicles' finish and graphics. You'll be proud that our wash system is environmentally friendly and we recycle over 85% of our wash water

Do you hand wash car and trucks?
Yes. All dually trucks and all very low suspension cars need to be hand washed. If you are not sure if you car will fit into the car wash tunnel, proceed to the hand wash area and ask a staff member to check the clearance for you.

How long does an express wash take?
5 minutes

How long does a full service wash take?
15-30 minutes, depending on how busy the full service area is, but never longer than 30 minutes.

How long does a express hand wax take?
30-45 minutes, depending on how busy the full service area is.

How do I get detailing services?
Please purchase a full service wash or express wax and once you come under the full service canopy, tell the greeter you would like additional detailing.

Can I leave my car for detailing?
Yes

Do you restore headlights and how long does it take?
Yes we restore headlights.  About 30-40 minutes, depending on how cloudy the lenses are.

How long does it take to change my oil?
About 15, top 20 minutes.

What type of oil do you use?
Premium Castrol Oil, we do not use recycled oil.

What type of filters do you use?
Fram Filters

Do you offer other fluid changing services?
Yes, we do Transmission, power steering and radiator flushes. For a full list of our services, please refer to our Express Oil Change page.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes ask any manager, or you may purchase the card on line and come in to pick it up.

Do you wash boats, enclosed trailers, etc?
Yes, but you must first call to make an appointment for Apopka car wash location call (407) 814-3456 and for our Ocoee car wash location call (407) 347-7997.
